The coupon has reached its print limit.
If you receive a message stating, "Sorry. This coupon has reached its print limit.", it means that the offer has reached its print limit. Many coupon offers have a maximum number of available prints. Once an offer reaches its print limit, the offer is no longer available.
You've reached your personal print limit for a coupon.
If you receive the message, "Sorry. This coupon has reached its print limit.", it means that you have reached your personal print limit for a coupon. Each user can attempt to print a coupon a maximum of three times.
You don't have a default printer selected.
You must have a default printer selected for your computer. It must be a real, paper-based printer - not a virtual fax machine, file printer, or PDF creator. If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan), make sure the default setting is the print function, not the fax function.
You don't have JavaScript enabled.
You must have JavaScript enabled in the browser you are using. Please check the preferences for your browser to enable JavaScript.
You don't have Java enabled.
You must have Java enabled in the browser you are using. Please check the preferences for your browser to enable Java.
Your operating system or browser isn't compatible.
Coupon printing is supported on both Mac and Windows Operating Systems for the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer 8 or higher
- Firefox
- Safari (Macintosh)
- Chrome
Your browser's security settings are set too high.
If you receive a message like:
- An attempt to install an ActiveX control was blocked (Internet Explorer),
- A plugin was blocked,
- or any message asking for permission to install a program,
You may need to change your browser's security settings to allow installation. Make sure to click the appropriate buttons in any dialog boxes that appear to allow the installation.
